This is a Japanese theme two bedroom two strory house built from containers. The bedrooms
are conjoined by a wall cut on a slope covered by an overhead walkway w/ two balconies which has access
from the outside ground level.
JAPANESE- CARIBBEAN BEACH HOUSE
This is also another piece I created with a Japanece theme, but had to be structured creativly
to suit the landscaping of the area. Here at its rear elevation view you can see it before being monted
up onto the footing. From this angel you can clearly see the step down Living Room to the bottom right with hugh
sliding doors leading to the balcony to express the width of the space and create a massive view both from the outside looking
in & from the inside appreciating nature. To the left is a hugh arched glass window illuminated the Kitchen area,
with a Dinning space further into the house at the back of the kitchen.
As simple as this birds'eye-view of the upper portion of the Beach House seems it has
within its form the curved balcony which allows a functional lounge/ breakfast space as well the option to see
& welcome-in any guest entering through the main entrance below. This walkway is also lit at day
by the sunroof giving shared light to the upper portion, and to the walkway that peaks beneath the balcony. And as the
walkway leads into the stepdown Living Space directly beneath sits two rooms- a small Guest Bedroom & a Laundry area
(both having 7' high ceiling space)

JAPANESE- THEMED 2 BEDRM. DUPLEX
This container living has two balconies to the front elevation and one at the end of the
walkway at the rear elevation. Other living neccessities (kit. bath. etc.) exist on the lower level as well.
This is the rear view mounted unto the footing. To the top right corner you can see
through the glass windows the outline of the balcony which is seductively cut in a curve to give the lounge/ breakfast area
an artsy classy modern feel. To the left sits a hugh bedroom & bath accented with an outside balcony. Bacause
of the norms of the climate nature and great weather conditions are usually pleasant; wherefore, the roof is cut glass at
both the front & rear elevations of the structure and to the center right above the loung area is a sunroof.
And in case you were wondering how is it one gets to the little red door... the cobble stone
walkway which takes the form of the landscaping w/ picket fencing would lead you into this beautiful little Beach House -
then there's the back stairway too of course.
